Karaoke Creatures of the Night

Five of us crammed into Shibuya's tiniest Karaoke booth for a Friday night sweaty session of karaoke Tokyo style -- we relived the 80s, and even a bit of the 70s and 90s. There was a sprinkling of Tagalog tunes and Japanese melodies but the theme of the night seemed to be tragically soppy love songs, like this one...

I'm so glad (and the rest of the world probably is too) that my goddamn awful voice was not captured on video -;)

Ben and Mark -- on the other hand -- they're absolute karaoke beasts. Get a load of those facial expressions, that heart and soul. And you can see that we were only drinking water to fire us up. Who would have thought that Ben was allegedly allergic to karaoke until fairly recently!
